Its content is not a design proposal, construction document, professional recommendation or promise of availability, scope, timing or results. A project relationship begins only through a separate written agreement signed by the parties.
Construction and professional services
Ecru & Stone provides interior design and design advisory services and may collaborate or coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, fabricators and other qualified professionals. Website content does not represent that Ecru & Stone is acting as a licensed general contractor, architect, engineer or other regulated professional unless expressly stated in a project agreement.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, visual identity, layouts, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to Ecru & Stone and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, republication, scraping, modification or commercial use requires prior written permission.
Image usage
Photography, renderings, mood imagery and project visuals may be owned by Ecru & Stone, licensed from third parties, commissioned, illustrative or digitally created. They may not be downloaded, copied, published, altered, used for training datasets, advertising or commercial purposes without prior written permission from the applicable rights holder. Images are presented for inspiration and may not depict completed Ecru & Stone client projects unless identified as such.
